We are a Minority Owned Mental Health Support Agency licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavior Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) located in the Hampton Roads Area to provide Mental Health Skill-building Services to individuals in the community suffering from mental illness.

 

Our  team is composed of dedicated licensed clinical staff  and qualified mental health professionals with years of experience , education and training providing Person-Centered Care, Treatment, Training, Habilitation, and Other Supports to adults in the community presenting in crisis relating to serious mental health illness, that has contributed to instability in their home and community.

 Our Mission is to “Inspire  Hope through Recovery” while fostering a safe environment that allows the opportunity to build trusting relationships with each individual we serve to increase their chances of reclaiming their independence , stability and appropriately re-establishing healthy relationships in the home and community .

 

 

The Integrated Recovery-Oriented Model is used at our BTSS . MHSS require a collaboration amongst multiple entities in our community using single or multiple Evidence-Based Approaches (EBI), Interventions and Service Programs to address the immediate and on-going individualized mental health needs of our clients.
